FREEING THE BALL VALVE IN THE SANITARY TRAP
If the ball in the sanitary trap rises and becomes stuck at the top, it is necessary to release it. Close the sliding Valterra valve above the sanitary trap and open the stall tap (if fitted). This will allow air to leak into the system and the ball will eventually fall back down.
Do not attempt to free the ball by hitting the glass body of the sanitary trap.
