An Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number is a unique ID used by customs authorities to identify and track businesses importing or exporting goods across borders.
It is generally needed for moving goods between Great Britain and other countries, including the EU. It is essential for clearing customs. Lack of an EORI number can cause significant shipping delays, added costs, or seized goods.
