Independent review of the bureaucratic burden on family farms
The Welsh Government has launched an independent review to look at the cumulative impact of regulation, assurance and support requirements on farm businesses in Wales.
The review will:
- understand how requirements affect farmers in practice
- identify duplication or unnecessary processes
- recommend practical ways to simplify and improve how the system works
