Pulsation Controllers are mechanisms to operate pulsators, either integral with a single pulsator (a self contained pulsator), or a system controlling several pulsators.

It is especially suitable for use with Lectron TL Pulsators in alternate pulsation systems.

• The ‘600’ Pulsation Generator can provide a choice of pulsation ratios and also has the facility to allow different pulsation ratios between the front and rear quarters
• Pulsation speed adjustable 30 to 120 pulses per minute
• Pulsation ratio adjustable from 30:70 to 70:30
• ‘600’ Generator has additional option for different front/rear ratios & can be operated with 12Vdc or 24Vdc power supply units
• Automatic overload protection system built in which shuts down a pair of outputs should they become overloaded. Automatic reset occurs after 8 pulses and every 8 pulses thereafter until the fault is cleared. Input protection against reverse polarity is also provided.
• SPEED : Factory set for cow ratio 60:40 & speed 55 pulses per minute variable between 30 to 120 Pulses/Per Min
• OUTPUTS : 3 pairs of alternate outputs working simultaneously or in cascade. Each output is rated at 2A maximum. Total maximum output is 12A.
• OVERLOAD PROTECTION : Each pair of outputs shuts down if one of those pairs os overloaded. Automatic reset occurs after 8 pulses. If the fault is still present the output shuts down again, otherwise pulsation is resumed. 
• INPUT PROTECTION: Reverse polarity protection against accidental inversion of + or -.
